Both Directors have known each other since school and have played football with their local club where their friendship has developed and strengthened over the years. They have worked together on local non-profit projects to help benefit the community in the past. Both Directors have a very strong work ethic and a strong desire to run a successful business where they hope to benefit themselves, their families and the local community. Sean and Ciarán believe they have the necessary experience and expertise to make their vision a reality and are determined to make their new business a success.
Project Management; Survey, plan, coordinate and deliver all agreed works,
services and materials using best practices and methods to maximise quality
and minimise disruption to customers and all parties involved.
Site Supervision; PICW (person in charge of work) and site supervision to
include all Health and safety, main contractors site rules, policies and
procedures.
Maintenance Contracts; Provide all site, compound, building, boundary and
structure maintenance from ground level to height of 60meters. Carry out
detailed survey, documents and photographic reports, respond quickly to
emergency repairs and carry out all H&S and preventative planned
maintenance.
Working at Height; rigging and climbing on telecommunication towers and
structures, working at height using MEWP and Scissor Lifts, Working from
temporary mobile scaffolding and ladders.
Civil Works; ducting, chambers, concrete, compound, underground services,
water and wastewater services, water metering and repairs.
Telecommunications; Carry out survey, civil, rigging, maintenance and new
build works on all various telecommunications single and co-locations
throughout Ireland.
Health & Safety; Survey, plan, risk assess and produce method statements
and safe systems of work.
Home improvement, Building and repairs; Carry out all types of home
improvements, repairs, extensions, landscaping and construction. Note: New
H&S regulations in 2013 calls for home owners to appoint a PICW while
carrying out works lasting more than 30 days or involves more than one
contractor.
Traffic Management; Carry out works on or near public roadways using
signing, lighting and guarding at road works. Set up, maintain and operate
traffic management as a service for clients requiring traffic management.
Fire Extinguisher Installation and Maintenance; Survey, and install various
types of fire extinguishers and provide maintenance and certification as
required by customers.
